Frames Question

Hey. I'm updating my website, and I'm using a variety of frames as the main way to get content around.

Basically, left nav frame and right body frame.

I want my journal to be served by LJ (ie: not embedded) because I want the skiplinks to work. But, at the same time, I don't want random LJers to see my LJ in a "frameless" set up (because it will look totally naked).

So, is there a way to have my default scheme know if it's in my framesets, and if not, then reload a HTML file on my webspace with the correct frame definitions? I could do this easily with JavaScript, but we all know that's been disabled.
